Before Your Admission
When it is time for you to deliver your baby, you'll want to complete the admissions process as quickly and easily as possible. We ask you to please preregister for your delivery during your seventh month of pregnancy. The Patient Registration Department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is located on the lower level near the main lobby elevators. You may pre-register by calling 951-736-4826. You may also make an appointment to pre-register and have your insurance benefits verified. We offer cash package rates for those who do not have insurance.
What to Bring
Please bring a minimum of personal belongings with you (and don't forget to pack for baby). Please remember to leave all valuables at home (the hospital is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property). Be sure to bring your insurance card and authorization forms. Please bring your co-payment as requested by Insurance Verification.
- Pack for labor: Toothbrush, toothpaste, hair clips, lip balm, pillow (colored case)
- Pack for after delivery: Shampoo, hair clips, cosmetics, pen, deodorant, slippers, hairbrush, pillow (colored case), robe (not white) and a comfortable going-home outfit.
- Pack for baby: New outfit to wear home (t-shirt, hat, blanket). Be sure you have an approved infant car seat installed your car.
Financial Arrangements
Please check with your insurance provider to determine if pre-admission authorization is needed. Unless you have verification of insurance coverage, you will be required to submit a deposit either before or at the time of admission. Patients without insurance coverage may contact the financial counselors at 951-736-6385. Corona Regional Medical Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and ATM cards.
