Unit Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for various areas at Corona Regional Medical Center are described below.

Acute Care Patient Rooms

Visiting hours in the acute care patient rooms are 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. daily. We ask that no more than two people visit at a time and that all visitors limit their stay. Children ages 17 and younger may not visit without the approval of the hospital leadership. Your nurse will remind family and friends of these guidelines. Our goal is to provide a restful and healing environment for our patients at night.

Behavioral Health Services

Visiting hours for patients in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Services treatment program, located at the Magnolia Campus, are 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend visiting hours are 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Visitors are asked to check in with the receptionist before entering the unit so that the staff is able to verify that the patient wishes to see the visitors, and to screen any gifts for items which may be unsafe for use on the unit, because of the special confidentiality and safety needs of Behavioral Health Services patients.

Intensive Care Unit

Visits in the Intensive Care Units (ICU) may be permitted at any hour. The number of people who may visit, whether or not children may visit, and the length of time for the visit is decided on a case-by-case basis by the ICU nursing staff and depends on the severity of the patient's condition.

Maternal Child Health Services

Visiting hours while a mother is in labor may be permitted at any hour. We request no more than two visitors at one time plus the labor coach. Our goal is to request privacy immediately after the delivery. Once the baby is delivered and the mother has been moved to our postpartum unit, visiting hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Siblings of the infant can visit from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. while accompanied by an adult.
