Welcoming Mr. Kevan Metcalfe, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Kevan Metcalfe Corona Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevan Metcalfe to the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Kevan has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Corona Regional since he joined Universal Health Services (UHS) in August of 2009. His experience as a COO and as a Chief Clinical Officer allows him to bridge operations and clinical processes to provide good patient outcomes.

Prior to UHS, he served as COO of Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, a 154-bed acute care community hospital. Kevan holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

"I am excited about my new leadership role and plan to capitalize on the strong foundation and successes that have been achieved by the previous CEO, Ken Rivers. I look forward to a continued partnership with the staff, physicians and community members to make Corona Regional Medical Center the hospital of choice in the region," Kevan says. He and his wife live in the Corona/Norco community.
