Free Diabetes Education Program

Class 1: Learn how to manage diabetes—The Game Plan
Class 2: Learn about meal planning, meter training and more
Class 3: Learn about medications, diabetes complications and more
Class 4: Learn how to problem solve—Adjusting and living with diabetes

All Class times are 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Support Group

March 25th & June 3rd.
Class times are 6 - 7:30 p.m.

All Diabetes classes are presented on Fridays and are held at the Corona Regional Medical Center Auditorium, 900 South Main Street. To enter the classroom use the ramp off 9th street behind the brown building.

Bereavement Support Group

Grief from the loss of a loved one can be a difficult journey. Join our support group to meet with others who understand your pain, gain knowledge and support and learn tools that can help you navigate through bereavement.

AM Group
Time: 9 - 11 a.m.
Dates: Mondays, January 10th - February 28th

PM Group
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
Dates: Wednesdays, March 9th - April 27th
